Using ThickSet Yogurt is simple and mess-free. Just place the fine mesh filter inside the container and pour your regular homemade curd into it. Close the lid and let it rest on your kitchen counter or in the refrigerator. Over the next 2 to 4 hours, the excess whey will naturally drain out, leaving behind thick, creamy curd. For even thicker results, you can leave it overnight. Once done, scoop out your rich yogurt and enjoy. The same method works perfectly for making paneer, almond milk, or labneh too.
