Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase / order ID is mandatory

To initiate a return, customers must email us at seraphicconnect@gmail.com with order details.


Return Pickup & Shipping
• For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we arrange return pickup at no extra cost
• For other return requests, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by email with supporting images or videos.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
• To cancel an order, customers must contact us at seraphicconnect@gmail.com immediately after placing the order


Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected
• Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method
• Refunds for COD orders are processed via UPI or bank transfer after customer confirmation

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Banks may take additional time to reflect the credited amount.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products such as personal care items, innerwear, customized products, and items clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return.
