How long does it stay cold?+
12+ hours in the 2–8°C safe zone from a single 2-hour freeze — enough for a full day's travel, even in 45°C heat.
Do I need electricity or ice?+
Never. Freeze the cooling module in any home freezer and reuse it 200+ times. No ice, no batteries, no running cost.
Will it fit my insulin?+
Up to 4 pens or 2 vials + syringes, needles & alcohol swabs in organised compartments.
Can I fly with it?+
Yes — meets TSA, DGCA & international cabin rules. Carry it in hand baggage on any airline.
What's your return & exchange policy?+
7-day return or exchange from delivery, if unused and in original packaging (order ID required). Prefer a different colour or an extra unit? We'll exchange within 7 days. Damaged/defective/wrong item: report within 48 hrs with photos and we arrange a free pickup + replacement or refund.
How do refunds work?+
Once we receive and inspect the returned item: prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

Works with all common formats: Novo Nordisk pens, Lantus vials, Humalog, Actrapid, Novorapid, Tresiba — and most brands in India.
Fits 4 full-size pens, or 2 vials + 2 pens, plus a pocket for swabs, needles and 2–3 syringes. WhatsApp us to confirm your exact combination.
Yes — approved under TSA, DGCA and European guidelines. The cooling module freezes solid (no liquid), so the 100ml rule doesn't apply. The display runs on a small coin-cell battery that's aircraft-safe.
