Honest answers.
How long does it stay cold?
One freeze of the gel packs gives 8–10 hours of cooling. Outside heat and how often you open the case change this, so keep an eye on the display. On longer trips, refreeze the packs whenever you reach a freezer.
Does it need charging or ice?
No charging for the cooling and no loose ice. The two gel packs go in your freezer and stay sealed as they thaw. The display runs on a small coin-cell battery.
Will my insulin fit?
Pens and vials sit in elastic holders, and needles, syringes and swabs go in the mesh pocket. How many fit depends on your pen brand and size, so WhatsApp us a photo of your kit on +91 82876 14141 and we’ll tell you before you order.
Can I take it on a flight?
Carry it in your cabin bag. Medicines and the cooling packs they need are usually allowed through security, but rules can differ by airport and airline. Keep your prescription with you and tell the security officer you’re carrying insulin.
Can the gel packs freeze my insulin?
Insulin must never freeze. Don’t press pens hard against a pack straight out of the freezer. If the display shows a reading close to 0°C, open the case for a minute and check again.
Is COD available? Can I check the product first?
Yes, cash on delivery across India, no advance needed. Please open the box in front of the delivery agent. If anything is damaged or missing, report it and we’ll replace it. Prepaid orders get an extra 10% off and priority dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Free delivery across India. Standard delivery takes 4–10 business days. Prepaid orders can choose express delivery in 2–4 business days.
How do returns and refunds work?
WhatsApp or email us within 7 days of delivery with one photo of the product. If it’s unused and in its original packaging, we arrange a free pickup and a refund or exchange. Refunds go back to your original payment method for prepaid orders, or by UPI or bank transfer for COD orders, within 5–7 working days of approval.
